Suspended line clamps often have stereotyped products, and now retain the U-bolt style (usually called boat-shaped clamp), which is composed of a U-shaped bolt on the pylon, a line clamp hull made of malleable cast iron, and a pressure plate. The other is the pre-twisted suspension clamp. Suspension clamps are used to fix the wires on the insulator string of the straight poles, or to suspend the lightning protection wires on the straight poles, and can also be used to support the transposed wires on the transposed poles and fix the jumper wires of the tensile corner towers.
