1.0 Scope of application
Suitable for all kinds of cables produced by cable suppliers. It is used to standardize the content of cable labels and cable packaging in cable processing and cable inspection. It is an important basis for cable material reception and IQC incoming inspection. Under special circumstances, if there are other provisions in the cable drawing, the specific requirements in the cable drawing shall prevail.

3.0 Packaging requirements
3.1 Outer packaging requirements
3.1.1 Outer packing box
3.1.1.1 Box type and size specifications of the outer packing box
a) XXX type cartons are uniformly selected for the outer packing box;
b) Use the carton's outer dimensions (length, width, and height) to indicate carton specifications; standard carton specifications (unit: mm): omitted;
c) In general, the production of cable packaging boxes must meet the requirements of the corresponding cable packaging box drawings; in special circumstances, with approval, the buffer space can be determined according to the shape, size, and weight of the packaged cables to determine the special specifications of the carton;
3.1.1.2 The number of stacking layers of the outer packaging box: According to the actual load-bearing capacity of the outer packaging box materials, it is required that the number of stacking layers cannot exceed the number of stacking layers marked on the outer packaging box during transportation and storage. The standard specification carton is the highest stacking layer. 4th floor.
3.1.2 Sealing tape
3.1.2.1 For cables with a standard and uniform packing quantity, the sealing tape must be BOPP transparent carton sealing tape, and 72mm wide sealing tape is recommended.
3.1.2.2 For the cable packing box used for mantissa or non-standard quantity, in order to be different from the standard packing quantity, BOPP color sealing tape is required, and the recommended color of the tape is yellow.
