The connection of the non-tensioned part of the OPGW cable from the top of the tower (the part after the tensioning clamp) usually indicates the connection down the line. The lower part of each OPGW cable enters a pre-designed connection box for connection. For terminal connection, a single OPGW lead down line on the line side comes down from the gantry, enters the connection box, and connects with the underground incoming optical cable into the substation. For the tensioning tower (J1 tower,J3 tower) connection, the lead down from the wire clamp to the tower body lead, unified installation on the tower leg tower material on the large side of the line, so that the lead down to keep smooth, do not touch the tower material, need to use the lead down fixture fixed protection in the tower body.

Product features:
The rubber fixture is made of silicone rubber and equipped with stainless steel reinforcement parts to strengthen the rubber fixture. The jig of the tower is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and the hoop of the pole is made of stainless steel.
Selection method:
Select the model according to the diameter of the ADSS cable; Number of configurations: one set for each bar, two sets for each tower (non-connecting tower); A set of lead down clip is configured every 1.5 meters when the cable is led down.
OPGW tower guide clamp installation points:
(1) The lead down clip should be installed from top to bottom, the installation distance is within the range of 1.5-2m, the line clip is fixed in the prominent part, and the residual cable frame should not be used for friction collision with the Angle iron.
(2) When installing, ensure that the cable is straight, and the cable outlet of the tensioning clip should be natural and smooth.
(3) Use the fixture to fix the cable lead down, control its direction, the cable laying bending radius shall not be less than 25 times the cable diameter.
