When the overhead line file distance is greater than 120 meters, the anti-vibration hammer is generally used to prevent shock. The installation position of the anti-vibration hammer should be determined according to the construction requirements. After the anti-vibration hammer is installed, it can produce a motion opposite to the vibration phase of the wire, so that the vibration of the wire can be eliminated or weakened.

Precautions for installing a shock hammer

2. If the calculated installation position of the anti-vibration hammer falls on the optical cable, it is necessary to install a wire protection bar, and pay attention to the distance between the end of the wire protection bar and the end of the twisted wire at least 50mm.
3. If the installation position of the shockproof hammer falls on the outer strand, it can be offset a little and installed directly on the inner strand, but the center of the shockproof hammer is more than 50mm from the end of the outer strand.
